Payment & Cancellation Policy
This payment policy outlines the methods and terms for payments, and how we will process requests to cancel orders.
Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
At this time, we only accept credit cards. Paypal and other forms of secure payment may be added at a later date, in which case, this policy will be revised. Payment is required at the time of purchase; orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways using encryption to protect your data. No credit card information is stored on our site.
Cancellations
Process
Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by sending an email to support@joannecookauthor.com. After this time, cancellation may not be possible if your order has already shipped or more than 24 hours has elapsed since you downloaded a digital product.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after approval and will be issued to the original form of payment and will be handled in accordance with guidelines established by your payment processor. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
